So here we are- 1 week away from when we arrive in Kansas City for two weeks of classes at Nazarene Theological Seminary and a time of preparation for Croatia. So much has gone into the trip at this point, while it seems that there is still so much to be done. Please pray that we will be able to get all the necessary items and to apply and receive our visas in time. We have about two months until we leave for Croatia.
So far we have been learning a lot about cross-cultural interactions, partnerships, and what it looks like to minister incarnationally. We’ve also been learning the basics of Croatian. Hopefully, we will be able to speak enough to get by when we first get there and learn more and more as we get into the culture. It’s encouraging to know we are in this together and working side by side others on the journey. We continue to pray that God will go before us and that he will prepare us for what’s ahead.
